Hume Lake Christian Camps is an incredible place to get away from the busyness and distractions that young people face on a daily basis and spend time away in the mountains. At Hume this summer, they will hear the gospel preached, be challenged through scripture, engage in awesome worship, and get to be part of high energy recreation every morning, and action-packed afternoons and evenings. Registration begins Sunday, April 14 and the deadline to register is June 10.

Dear Ladies! We hope you will join us for a sweet fellowship time featuring a light breakfast, a time of worship, and an encouraging message. Our guest speaker, Jean McClure has a comforting but challenging message for us in light of everything going on around us, titled 'How Should We Then Live?' “And do this [Hebrews 12:1-2], knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.” Romans 13:11
We gather to "consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as we see the Day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:24-25)
Cost for this event is $10 or if you bring something to share only $5!

Every day, our kids are bombarded with questions: Did God really create everything? Why do bad things happen? Was Noah’s ark real? Why do I need to be saved? Can I trust the Bible? At this VBS, kids will explore the biblical answers to these questions as they set off on an epic adventure from Genesis to Revelation. Amid sloths, butterflies, river dolphins, and dart frogs, your children will sail along on a fun jungle cruise, stopping at seven ports of call. These ports are the 7 C’s of History: Creation, Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ, Cross, and Consummation. Kids will discover how these events shape our world, and they will learn to reconnect the Bible to their everyday life. Prepare to swing into fun as we head out on The Great Jungle Journey!
Participant online registration will open April 28th. Prepare to swing into the fun as we head out on our jungle river cruise. See you in the rainforest! For any questions, please email childrens@gccto.com
COST: $35 per child for first two children. Every child's cost after the 2nd is $20 each. Some partial and full scholarships available.

Watchmen - Our last breakfast before the summer break!. Join us on May 4th at 8am for a wonderful time of fellowship over food, worship, and an exhortation from Pastor Rob Nash from Calvary Chapel Vista about soul winning. Scripture tells us that "he who wins souls is wise" and Pastor Nash is going to make the command from the Bible very practical and doable for us as he reminds and encourages us our efforts to share the Gospel. Pastor Nash is the missions pastor at Calvary Chapel Vista. He is traveled and taught extensively on the subject of evangelism. And he has written a book on the subject. "Winning the Lost'.
